Two weeks ago, one of my garage doors would not open. It was 30 years old. I called Five Star and they sent out a tech, Rich. He recommended I replace the door opener and rework the door hanging rods as well. The installation went very smoothly and Rich was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My Garage has two Doors. Five years ago, Five Star Rich installed a new replacement Door Opener for Door #1. It is still working great. Quiet, smooth and trouble free. Last month the Door #2 Opener quit, and I contacted Five Star, promptly set an appointment, Rich came and checked Garage Door components to make sure nothing culprit the Opener problem, and professionally installed a new replacement Door Opener for Door #2. Rich did excellent job as always. Five Star Garage Door is truly a trustworthy company.
