The lab has a very poor communication with us for a case that we sent out. We have made several phone calls with them the week before the patient's appointment to follow up with the status of the case as it was very important to have the case available for the patient's busy schedule. During those conversations, the staff from the lab never informed us of missing signature from the dentist to get the case release, until the morning of the patient's appointment. This lab has been excellent; their Bioliners work well for a small revision or when you want to get the brackets and wires off and do the last 5% of the case finishing with these appliances. Their customer service is quick and responsive, and Andrew always has great insights into a case. I have worked with them for over 8 years and they consistently deliver great service and workmanship.

Ordered an appliance from there, broke in few weeks. They only have 60 day warranty which is very inferior to other labs’ warranty program. Also, the quality of the lab work was inferior.

Amazing!! Very helpful. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and communication is great. Quality of lab appliances are 5-star. Large selection of lab supplies. I have been using Five Star for more than 20 years and have never let me down.
