Great service, fast!! They send you a video of what they are doing or recommend. I have never had them deviate from the scheduled book service the manufacturer recommends. We use our vehicles for a lot of travel and we need them to be reliable and safe. We trust Five Star fully!
I arrived on time for my 2023 Nissan Sentra's scheduled oil change. Porsche(Service Advisor) greeted me by name as always upon arrival. I got my oil changed, a recommended service, and a battery replacement for my key fob. While sitting in waiting area, I received a video from the Service Technician on actions that were taken during my services, estimates for recommended services, and info on available payments options.
