BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! This Nissan dealership’s service department reported that the rear brake pads on the BMW I purchased had been replaced. That service was documented in the vehicle’s records and appeared on the Carfax report. I recently took the vehicle to BMW for recall service, and BMW inspected the brakes. Harley was kind and beyond accommodating. Had AC issues with our 2017 Nissan rogue and though they were booked out at the time, they worked us into their schedule being we were going out of town this upcoming weekend. Great communication from the team start to finish and Matt S. the technician who performed service on the car got all the issues resolved and gave us a heads up on a few other items that would soon need attention also. Horrible dealership. I bought a used truck from them and found 3 major problems with it. They were supposed to fix them for free, but kept the truck for 2 weeks and didnt fix anything. I can't see how they have so many 5 star reviews. I tried to speak with the owner, but that was a waste of time.
I had a service appointment scheduled for early Monday morning and chose to do a night drop off. Why is a night drop off an option when you can't even get to the dealership or service department after hours??? There were no helpful instructions in the confirmation email on what to do for the night drop off AND NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS! I haven't even gotten to my appointment yet and I'm already frustrated and disappointed.
They were kind, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend getting your car repaired here. The staff is top notch, Kristina was exceptional.
