I had a service appointment scheduled for early Monday morning and chose to do a night drop off. Why is a night drop off an option when you can't even get to the dealership or service department after hours??? There were no helpful instructions in the confirmation email on what to do for the night drop off AND NO ONE IS EVER AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS! I haven't even gotten to my appointment yet and I'm already frustrated and disappointed.
They were kind, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend getting your car repaired here. The staff is top notch, Kristina was exceptional.
I do not drive a Nissan but i came in need of service and the advisors were happy to help. While i was waiting there was a variety of complimentary snack items and beverages! The process was quick and easy, i am grateful to have been there in my time of need.
Lorenzo is the man, he always takes care of me when I’m at Five Star Nissan and always ensures that I’m getting the best care and service. This is one of the nicest dealerships I’ve been to.
