I give the owner Mark 400 to do a job. It gets partially finished then he loses his mechanics and now I can't get my money back or issues resolved. Staff is unstable, owner said i have to wait no refunds. Last time I waited it was at least 1 month for another mechanic. Sux! I mentioned calling the police so he said its small claim won't help me. Now he sent his attorney my info so he can ignote me. The lot is shitty do not buy cars here or go for work.
I don't have enough room to explain the lies, unprofessionalism, and the deception from Five Star Motors and the one person that you are only allowed to speak with. After spending over 2k, my car was still undrivable. All I asked for, was a refund of $86 for a bad alternator they admittedly replaced on the car. Save yourself time and money and stay far away from them. You can find a decent mechanic out there, but this isn't the place to go for that.
