Very timely and professional, also took the time to work with me and my warranty company. Didn't try to upcharge on unnecessary repairs and was very honest about what needed to be done. Would 100% hire again if i ever need work done in this area.
Came to my camp site started talking to warranty people they told he they would pay his hourly wage and thin wanted a extra 50.00 x2 trip charge they said no he hung up and left
After setting an appointment and waiting a week, I took off work, just for them to call the morning off and say they would not do a credit card over the phone from a manufacturer, even after I had discussed it with them the week prior, extremely unprofessional on the phone when I called and questioned them. Cancelled appointment as they refused to work with me and said I needed to pay them and get reimbursed later. WASTE of my time.
Really FIVE Stars.... on time, professional. Got it done right the first time. Easy choice if you need work done on your RV.
