I've been now this is the third time I went to see my son who lives in this park everyone in the park is very friendly and the managers of the park is very very helpful. No the part may not be a beautiful place but it is a very peaceful friendly place.

So shes not pretty shes not grassy but heres what the park has to offer quiet neighbors yep friendly neighbors who actually wave to you even when they dont know you great affordable rent prices things even though they not pretty,do actually work nothing is painted over and pretended to be fixed or looks fixed but isn't. the park manager keeps to there word. Which is very rare and I have lived in upscale apartments where they lie and fix nothing so yeah this place is a breathe of fresh air.

Just went through this place, needs management owner to clean this dump up or close it down health hazard eye sore to the town.

It isn't "visitor friendly" place.
