Great place to be seen
If you are told that your insurance is accepted here, don't believe them. Call your insurance before you ever receive service. I was assured that UPMC insurance is accepted and I never heard otherwise. 1 year after my first appointment, I received a surprise bill for $1100 with no warning. I called multiple times and was told to ignore the bill because it should be covered. I am still being mailed a bill multiple times a month and now with a $500 late fee. I spoke with a representative in Medical Records named LINDA who was very disrespectful and used vulgar language which was uncalled for. She was yelling and wouldn’t let me get a word out as I was simply trying to do my job. I want her fired, thank you.
