Were paid 18k in April to do roof, wrap windows and more. So far have done 4 windows that look worse than before and attempted to straighten coil on a ac unit causing extreme damage. Sorry excuses every time we call and refuse to respond to calls, texts and emails. Save yourself the heartache and DO NOT use this company. We now have leaks in the ceilings because it’s been over two months and they haven’t even started the roof……
I would not even give this company one star if I didn’t have to. They do terrible work, have terrible communication and the boss is as rude as can be.
Paid these guys months ago to start a roof in tiffin, after many failed communications they finally appeared. They did a small percentage of work inadequately, then when asked about the time to completion became rude and short with the elderly woman who lives there. At this juncture a refund was requested for services unrendered. All subsequent communications after refund request have gone unanswered. Do not recommend, go anywhere else.
