If it was possible to mark a 0/5 stars, I would have done that. We scheduled the move with ample time in advance. They asked us for a 5 business day window of pick up. There was zero communication leading up to the pick up window. There was zero communication during the pick up window. The final day of pick up came and there was still no driver scheduled. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT use this service for any reason under any circumstances, rude drivers try to leave your car on a highway and ZERO customer service. ☠️

Service was not provided during the time frame that was stated. After 2 days of minimal response they said I needed to pay more money . They are the ones that quoted the price. If shipping don’t use a broker like this .

Great working with Five Star Logix LLC. Keeping me updated is what I liked bout this company. Shipment came early from the expected date. Which I loved and our shipment came complete and safe.

Chose Five Star Logix through Shiply. Five Star Logix never found a driver for my shipment after charging me a deposit and making me wait 2 weeks. They never communicated throughout the 2 weeks, all communication had to be initiated by me. I was told on several occasions that I would “get a call later today” or “get a call tomorrow” with an update but nobody ever called on any occasion. They emailed Shiply telling them that I had chose to cancel the order, which was a lie because they chose to cancel the shipment. Horrible c... read more
