We purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus from Five Star and had a great experience. Marcayll was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We live in Savannah but it was worth the drive to purchase the car we wanted from Five Star. They had the best deal. Every request we made was responded to and the purchasing process was efficient! Highly recomend!
Honestly would give it zero stars if I could traded in my 2021 for mustang for a 2021 ram big horn truck was told it was in perfect condition the day we bought it it already had issues and lied and scammed me saying they could only give me 18k for the mustang bc they were selling it for 21k then tried to sell it for 25k AND they lost our tag and have young people selling cars and don’t know what their doing AT all I’m not one to leave reviews but this is BULLSHIT screwed up our bank statement had a 7% interest rate then rand... read more
Poor communication across the whole dealership. There’s no use in having an appointment set here because all they’re going to do is act confused and waste your time.
Kenneth Harris was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient and helpful without being 'pushy'. He gave us space to make our decision.
