Took our vehicle twice to 5 star to have work done. Both times they ran our battery dead while they had our car. The first time I had to buy a new battery cause it ruined the battery. That time I didn't say anything. The Five Star Service Department is, quite plain and simply, the best. I make the minimum 2-hour each way drive from Seattle whenever my car requires service and/or repairs because I trust this service department implicitly. The service personnel here are professional, knowledgeable, extremely competent and to top it all off, they're NICE!
