We made a booking with this company for over $600 in March, for August/September travel. We booked for a collection to go to the international airport; collection was scheduled for 1:45am. They emailed the night before for collection at 13:45 - 12 hours later. An hour worth of calls to ensure collection for the correct time, and we got it sorted. Their excuse? Car arrived early, very pleasant driver, delivery to venue without any problems then sent txt to confirm pick-up location. We were later than expected but no worries. All worked smoothly. First time user but would definitely use them again.
