We made a booking with this company for over $600 in March, for August/September travel. We booked for a collection to go to the international airport; collection was scheduled for 1:45am. They emailed the night before for collection at 13:45 - 12 hours later. An hour worth of calls to ensure collection for the correct time, and we got it sorted. Their excuse?
