I was supposed to use Five Star Limousine as transportation for surgery but was not contacted about time of pick up like they were supposed to. The only reason I arrived at the clinic was because of a gentleman named Scott who took my plight to heart and drove from Fort Myers to Port Charlotte so that I would be on time for my surgery appointment.
