In all honesty five star leak is one of the most professional and responsive companies with whom I've done business. The leak was detected and fixed the same day. The tech polite and conscientious. Should my pool ever develop another leak, they will be my first call thats for sure.
I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Leak Detection and would give them more stars if I could. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I have been losing water in my pool for a while and needed to get it fixed. I called Five Star and spoke with their friendly office staff. The field team was in my area and was able to stop by the same day after finishing up with other customers. They were also $100 cheaper than other companies for doing the leak detection. The technician came out yesterday the same day I called. He was very prompt, courteous and competent. The leak was behind the washing machine, exactly where he pinpointed it under the slab. Their preferred plumber is coming out tomorrow to do the repair. We had the water turned for to avoid further water damage. Great job five star leak.
