Mr Dirty Ducts were very professional and friendly. Chris, Scott, and Stephen did a great job. They showed me before and after pictures. They cleaned my HVAC ducts and my dryer vent. Getting an inspection, price quote and scheduling all were completed within a week. I would recommend them
Chris and Stephen were awesome! They came out to quote the work and knew exactly what needed to be done. What gave my wife and I peace of mind is that instead of just using a vacuum and a bristle brush to remove the mold, they replace the moldy ducts with new ducts to ensure the mold doesn't spread during the cleaning process. Definitely feel like we got our money's worth with Mr. Dirty Ducts.
This is the first time I’ve had to have vent cleaning service. Let’s just say, I’m so glad we decided to go with Mr. Dirty Ducts! From filling out a request for an inspection, to the efficient communication, all the way to them coming out a 2nd time to reassure me my vents were indeed clean- we were very impressed. Everyone I dealt with was so professional and so polite. I would 100% recommend using this company!
Chris and his crew were right on time. They made my wife comfortable and happy with their work and that means a whole lot to me. Will be using them again in the future.
I had a wonderful experience with Dirty Ducts. I am located in HSV AL and they drove over 1.5 hours to get to my home to perform the duct cleaning service. Everything looks great and their pricing was affordable. I appreciate that they are NADCA certified.
