Dude is a scam, not recommended at all came here for vacation rented a boat they showed us everything from A to Z but they didn’t tell us that the performance of the boat is not up to expectations when we confronted the guy regarding the boat performance the lady in the front and the other guy said it’s not their responsibility and right after that he used a stereo type calling us fraud pointing to our face saying all of our people do the same thing, this place is racist to the highest level, and when we asked for a discount... read more
I’m very disappointed by the experience I had at this boat rental business. Not only was the service unprofessional, but I was also subjected to behavior that I believe was racially motivated. No one deserves to be treated unfairly or disrespected because of who they are. I hope the owner reflects on how they treat their customers, and I encourage others to consider this before choosing where to spend their time and money.
I rarely leave one-star reviews, but our experience with Five Star Jet Ski and Boat Rentals was so bad, I feel compelled to warn others. We were excited to rent a boat for the day, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. First off, the pricing is utterly ridiculous. We were quoted one price online, and then hit with a slew of hidden fees and "mandatory" extras when we arrived. I wish there was a zero star review option. If you want your family vacation ruined this is the place for you. Their boat broke down left our family stranded in the water. We had to find our own way back on our own. We had a baby in our boat and they did not care. So dangerous..They did not apologize instead they charged us for the boat breaking down. They are crooks.
