I have never experienced a company where employees may go to work and then they may not it's terrible when you need to make a payment and there's no one there to take your payment they need a better dedicated staff this is ridiculous I been there and it might be ten people outside just waiting and no one shows up for work at all just pittiful.
I had been a customer of theirs since 1998. In recent years they have become very rude and unwilling to help when needed. I tried calling them multiple times just for a quote to add a vehicle to my policy. I ended up becoming a customer of one of the big name insurance companies because they were able to help me the first time I called. 5 Star put me on the back burner multiple times even though I had been their customer for 16 years. Do yourself a favor and call a name brand insurance company!
