I'm not the kind of guy to get mouthy with people or to pull a Karen as usually I just don't see it being valuable to my time, but genuinely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Me and my Wife wanted a single bed room, when we arrived we went to our room after riding the filthy elevator that felt like it could fail at any second, only to be greeted with a thick smell of chemicals that smelled like it was covering a worse smell that smelled like a mix of urine and cigarettes. You can't use the pool,a man lives there and he has bugs in his hair and his feet are black and he leaves his room open and it's full of trash

Edited 9/25 to add: Wow so many changes and yet many steps backwards, office employee in front has very limited English and has followed me throughout parking lot to watch me go to my room and later followed me in order to ask me my room number. I am not sure why and he didn't say. Completely odd and off putting. Stayed on 3rd floor and there is def a cockroach infestation. I repeat A COCKROACH INFESTATION. Asked the front to change rooms and they did but the new room was even worse and the AC was extremely loud and outdated... read more
