They called when on their way. When the person came, he introduced himself to us and the dog. He laid covers on the floors from the front door to the bathroom. Did the install and when done, he had cleaned up everything. Very nice looking!
John was my walk in shower installer. He was very kind and he did his job very well … he was very meticulous making sure all went well and that every detail was perfect … caulking was so good couldn’t even tell that some was done … so perfect !! If only there were more people like him around … .. thanks John
We were looking to add a half bath to our home. We called many, many businesses and most people never got back to us. Specifically 9 out of 14 places. Sara at least came out and took a look, she said she'd get back to us with a quote. That was July 21st. It is now September 27th. So I'll add this business to the list of people who don't get back to you.
Called to make a appointment for 4 pm. Got an email confirmation. Didn't show up and didn't get a call saying they couldn't make it today. Called the office and was told that they don't know what time the main office closes. Picked this company due to the 5 star review but I guess I should of looked elsewhere.
