I brought my car there about 3 weeks ago (2/11/13) and they told me it would "be several days until" they "could get to it". That was then. I called them once a week (that's not unreasonable, is it?) to check on it and when I called them this past Thursday (2/28), they told me to "stop calling; we'll call you when it's done!" They claimed they had pulled the battery to charge it (and I did request that they do that when I dropped it off), and "had it on the analyzer to pull the codes"; what they don't realizes is, once you p... read more
Unfortunately, we've had the same experience as the earlier poster. Months of delays, multiple missed appointments, complete unresponsiveness and resentment from the manager/owner. months after the order was made. It's actually shocking how poorly run this company is.
