I bought my car in June 2025 and tried to get the middle seat seatbelt, Side view mirror, and the middle seatbelt fixed in July 2025 back when it was still five star and had the worst experience. Nobody was helpful. Nobody helped me at all, if fact five star gave me the roundabout all the way up until December 2025. Then when ALM bought five star, I was finally able to receive proper assistance and care for my vehicle. Big shout out to Mr. Joe Woods in the service department.
