Awful, awful, awful. I scheduled an appointment to get a recall on my Sante Fe. I dropped off my car the night before. Next afternoon, it wasn’t even touched. I picked it up and scheduled another appointment. Same thing, dropped it off the night before. Get a call the next day saying your car is ready for pickup, we have to order the part and you’ll need to bring it back. Didn’t do anything at all to my car. If I make an APPOINTMENT to fix a safety recall, WHY don’t they order the part BEFORE I get there. It basic competency... read more

My car has been held hostage for nearly two weeks, and they can’t even give me a timeframe. Instead, it’s just excuse after excuse. The communication is terrible—I feel like a nuisance just asking about my own car. Never getting service here again. Update: They got rid of some of their service people: IE Amanda nasty attitude having behind. But still won’t utilize the services, it’s too late.
Great customer service. Staff is friendly and they see you when your appt is scheduled.
