If I could say negative 5 stars I would nothing but bad service and lies from him don't believe anything he says get everything in writing because there is not a honest bone in his body don't pay until all is completed and don't sign till a lawyer looks over everything

Bought a home from here worst mistake ever..... Trying to get them to come do some repairs is like asking for their life.... Got some one to finally come and do the repairs and it looked worse then what it was.... Just found out a window leaks from the trim on the inside very weird...... Was told they came back after a year to releval it but nothing was moved by the skirting door so no one ever did that.... The list goes on and on!!!! I highly recommend people go else where for a manufactured home
