Five star have been caring for a family member for several years, and the staff are always lovely and respond to personal needs and circumstances. However, they have completely exceeded what I had hoped for when a medical emergency meant a much more intense regime was needed immediately. Staff changed shifts to provide the extra cover, linked in with social care and were brilliant in every respect. I don’t know how we’d have managed with their proactive approach to finding a solution. Thank you.

It is lovely to have Five Star Home Care as tenants, the staff are friendly and welcoming, they make a good cup of Coffee too :)

Avoid this company if you want your loved ones looked after. They clearly don’t know how to look after their clients or indeed how to return phone calls. After waiting waiting over 10 days for a call from a manager this has still not transpired despite promises they would call the following day. Whilst I must admit some of the girls that work for this agency are excellent others leave a lot to be desired or maybe they have not had the correct training. A very poor show !!!
