Offer a free check up…. Only to recommend useless expensive repairs. Spent over $2100 to repair AC. Didn’t do one thing to repair. Have since called several times. Another tech came two more times and still does not work properly. Now they don’t even respond to messages. They are a big fat ripoff. Don’t fall for the complimentary tuneup!
So i have mixed reviews on this company. The company itself deserves 5 star rating and if you want to deal with this company i suggest talking to the manager George. Hes an honest understanding and genuine guy. We had a really bad experience with one of the service people Robert. I wont go into detail but it was wrong what he did to us but George called us and made it right and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I had my ac go out on me in 2020 and 5star came out on a weekend to inspect and diagnose the issue, had an emergency install the next day and got me back up and running within a day, they have been servicing my hvac ever since and everytime I call with questions or need any help they are always very polite and professional, they dumb it down and explain how the hvac system works in an easy to digest manner.
