Very professional and knowledgeable. New to their service but will certainly stay with them. The work done on my system was very well done. In all aspects from the first visit, to the install and the office employee. Thank you for a well done job.
The company sent out a gentleman named Will to check out why our A/C unit was not functioning properly. Within seconds he knew EXACTLY what the issue was. He quickly got to work and before you knew it, the A/C was freezing up the house. LOL. He was professional, informative, and even gave us some tips on how to maintain the unit. Definitely one of the best services we've received so far! 10/10 and would recommend this company for sure!
I had these guys come out to do a 6 month tune up in January all was good the guy gave me some prices for when I wanted to get the things done. Well 6 months later another guy came out said he would match prices from first service tech but I couldn't find paperwork. So we moved forward and did what I thought the 1st tech said needed done. price I thought was a little more but I couldn't prove it. Mike was great to work with, very honest, and explained to me about the AC unit I purchased. Had some installation issues but 5 Star eventually took care of them. So far I am happy with my new unit.
