I was unfortunate enough to use 5 star heating and cooling to install a new central air system, even after 1 year they couldn't get it to work. I finally got an attorney and she advised me to contact the manufacturer who told me to call another company to fix it. I called All Weather Heating and Cooling, had it fixed and was gone in less than an hour! 5 star heating and cooling should change their name to 1 star, to be more accurate.
Mike was great. Will definitely use him and five star in the future. Very thorough.
They do not follow up with you. They still have not finished the job. I will let everyone know not to use your business.
☆☆☆☆ Not Worth the Hype Scheduled a 45-minute service call with Five Star Heating and Cooling for 7/16/25 — they advertised it would include draining the lines and checking for hurricane readiness. I had these guys come out to do a 6 month tune up in January all was good the guy gave me some prices for when I wanted to get the things done. Well 6 months later another guy came out said he would match prices from first service tech but I couldn't find paperwork. So we moved forward and did what I thought the 1st tech said needed done. price I thought was a little more but I couldn't prove it.
