The customer service was impeccable. I worked with Terri to schedule some routine maintenance. She was so flexible with the scheduling and very professional. Enter…Michael Murphy - he came out to do the routine maintenance. He walked me through the steps he was taking, and ensured that I was happy with the work he performed. 5 STARS!!

Mike Murphy was awesome. He came in and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He checked everything and explained their service contract to me. He made me feel very at ease and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their HVAC system worked on.

Had this company come out today to inspect my ac/heat unit as most companies offer a check-up. They did not try to hit me up with having to replace the unit or tell me this or that was failing. They were very honest and simply told me I have an older unit but it is working as it should. What a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) to have a company be honest and not try to make a sale when it wasn't needed! Previous company came out and told me my unit was shot and I needed a new one for $17,000.00. Mike came out and fixed my very old unit for me with just some wiring. I will always use these guys they are very honest.
