The technician did a very thorough inspection and found a very small tube in the A.C. coil leaking in a difficult location. Normally, he said, the coil would be replaced, but I asked him to try and repair it regardless of the difficulty. He very skillfully repaired the small tube in two tries, I definitely give him five stars.

After calling around several air duct cleaning companies, I landed on Five Star and I couldn’t be happier. Steve was a pleasure to work with. 5-star service all the way. He was professional, on time, and informative. He was easy to talk to, he addressed all of my concerns and answered my many questions. I highly recommend these guys. The lady in the office was a huge help and was probably the main reason I went with Five Star. Glad I did. Great company, and an awesome team.

My heat stopped working and within a few hours of calling the office had a tech at my house and had my issue diagnosed. By the end of the day my parts were on the way. Fred was my technician and he installed everything in no time and triple checked his work to make sure everything was working properly.

We had our air go out on a super night and I did an online service request for maintenance. I was contacted early the following morning and they were able to send out a tech that day. He was super professional and I really appreciate that he wore a mask and booties when in my home. The repair was efficient and we were up and running in no time

Fred was my tech and did an excellent job. He was very professional, accommodating while I had to take care of my infant, and quickly fixed my issue. I've had a lot of repair people out to my house, and he has been the best by far. I would recommend him and Five Star Heating & Air Conditioning to others.
