I really liked how my nails turned out, the out come is fine. The issue is that they were so loud with the chatter and they had me move 3 different times and switched girls for my manicure when a regular walked in. I was annoyed with what was going on and my pedicure was a bit painful... she cut me when she pulled on my nail. That could be my issue, I'm sure I had a slight in grown but she did not even acknowledge that I was hurting and bled. She stopped and looked at me, then continued on. I walked in on a weekday morning about an hour after the shop opened. The were 3 people working and no one waiting. No one greeted me so I commented that I’d like a mani/pedi then sat down to wait my turn. No one said a thing to me. After about 20 min another lady came in, said hello to the techs and sat down to wait. About 10 min later one tech finished and then pointed towards the 2 of us.
