I would give a zero, but that is not possible on yelp. This is without a doubt the biggest rip off in this town. I signed my boyfriend up for this gym so he could workout after he gets off at 5. I got him the year contract. Little did I know that it would be a big mistake. He went in a few times after I got him the membership, but he couldn't do the workout he needed. WHAT A MAGOR DISAPPOINTMENT YO. I am a retired disabled man from Philadelphia PA. And I thought I had seen the worst of rude and just down right obnoxious people untill I started to go to five star. The so called manager (kiry) Treated me like a PIG in frount of her so called staff when I daired to complain about some serious issues I was haveing as a handicap client.
