We had a coffee stain on our carpet which proved difficult to remove but Hayden of Goldstar persevered and our carpet is now spotless and looking as if it is new! The service provided was superb, worthy of even more that a five star rating, and and we will certainly use Goldstar for any other slipups like this and we recommend others to follow our lead!

Absolutely excellent service. I have dealt with Jade who handled my enquiries, booking and payment, Gary who visited and built a bespoke, no pressure, transparent, itemised quote which made it easy for me to amend it to suit our budget, and Hayden who came and completed the clean. Very pleased with our Carpet Cleaning. Had Stairs and Landing, Office and one Bedroom cleaned. We have cats and the whole house felt cleaner as a result. Process was quick and Carpets, both Wool and Manmade fibre, came up well and were dry with a couple of hours. Looked like New. Leaving windows open for an hour or so during work meant no condensation later. Luke was a nice polite young man and explained everything well. Thanks.
Excellent service cleaning rugs and carpets in hallway and bedroom, looking much fresher and brighter and spray protected too. Warmly recommend the company, very helpful staff both at the office, and the man who came to clean the carpets and brought the rugs back. Very willing to go the extra mile to ensure a happy customer.
