Five Star Foundation does poor work, I paid $5500.00 for a portion on my house to be raised. The sheet rock walls in the living area had to be replaced. The door around the hot water heater is off the hinges. ****, the owner refused to pay or help pay for the damages. He indicated the contract stated Five Star would not be responsible for any damages. T contract was null and void because it was not signed by me. Perfect!!! They were great!! On time came out, began working immediately, they were so careful to not damage my plants. They gave us a great price, very competitive with other companies in the area. So glad we chose them will definitely refer them out.
They charged 10,00.00, it didn't last more than a year. We are going to have to pay to have our house relabeled. The man over the job didn't act like he knew his job. Very disappointed. Please check around, you will waste your money.
Completely messed up my 100 yr old home. Paid 6400.00 to level. Now all walls and doorways are leaning. All headers are pulling away. Three areas are sagging badly. The workers they first sent out were not qualified to do the work they did. Subsequent returns resolved nothing. They did not do what they contracted to do. Now will cost me over 14,000. just to repair what they did. All piers are leaning. Have photos of before, during and after.
