If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist (an older woman with short hair and glasses) was extremely disappointing. She appeared to lack the knowledge needed to answer basic questions and displayed a very unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. I simply requested an itemized estimate that included the cost of parts, labor, and any additional repairs that would be needed. Exceptional customer service from the collision center employees. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I also received my vehicle back 4 days earlier than expected and she's pretty as ever. I highly recommend them for your service needs. I am so dissapointed- months later my front bumper popped off. No pins were put in it yo hold it in place when it was 'repaired'. Trying my best to understand how this is possible but I can assure you, I wouldn't return to this business for any type of service.
Highly recommend! From the moment I dropped off my car to the day I got it back, the service was top notch. Johnathon kept me up to date on the progress, my car was returned looking/working perfect, and both ladies in the front office, Nikita and Lisa, were kind, welcoming, and efficient.
shout out to the goat carl leach! Got my truck back in no time looking better than ever! Staff was very nice & accommodating as well!
