Would Give Zero If I could, Five Star Breaktime Solutions took over my companies account a few months ago and have been nothing but unresponsive and disapointing. Latest issue was having my machine go down and taking 2 days to send a repair tech out just for him to show up and not talk to a single staff member notifying us of what was going on until I followed up with his superior and was informed that Our machine was beyond repair.
