When you get a quote from the owner, Kenny Arthur, be sure to review with the person actually doing the work. We asked for the fence to match the height of the neighbor's fence and Kenny said yes but the installer said, won't work. Asked for commercial grade fencing which is a lower grade/thicker but was quoted commercial "lite" which is cheaper and a higher grade/thinner. Had this company install $7,500.00 fence cedar had split board though out fencing. Called and spoke to owner he asked for pics, I sent them he replied he would send truck with boards to repair. 3 years later no boards and was told can get boards at home depot. I was a building/plumbing contractor for 20 years no complaints on my business. Wish other contractors would stand behind there work like I did.
Had a great experience with this company. I would hands down hire them again for another fence in the future. They listened to what I was looking for and delivered it exactly as I wanted. The men were friendly and professional and showed up on time and were efficient. I highly recommend Kenny and his team.
I called asking to get an estimate on what would be a pretty involved and lucrative fence job. I was talked down to and told that he and his contractors don’t just work for free and it would be $175 to come out and give an estimate. HARD PASS
Wow!! Amazing company, excellent work and wonderful employees! Called Kenny for an estimate to tear down a section of old fence, install a new one as well as two gates and they were out there the following week. Colby and his coworker were cordial and explained everything to me. They were done in two days and everything looks phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend Five Star Fence and will use them again.
