Every time I go through, it never cleans my car well. I even pay for the more expensive car wash, and it still leaves stuff on my car. Other car washes down the road clean my car much better. And the vacuums at this location don’t have much suction. I’ve tried going back a few times, and I am still not happy with the quality of the car wash. Plus the staff here are not friendly at all.
At a time that there are competitors patient in the community, this car wash has excellent equipment, the staff are very good, and the vacuums always work. They beat self service!
Horrible customer service. Young kid, said he was on charge but when I asked a question he was rude. He needs to go to customer service training. If customer service is high priority to you don't go here . Nobody should treat customers this way
