Service is great but the billing is awful. You think you have paid everything and more. I figured I'd get facility, doctor, and radiologist but no. They bill you continually on each. Don't use.
I went to take a friend who was going to be transferred to the hospital a phone charger. The nurses and staff talk to my friend out of going to the hospital by ambulance. She is 80 years old and was having chest pains. Her lips turn purple when she got dressed. And they still wanted someone to drive her. I would not take my worst enemy to this place. I only gave them one star because I had to leave a star. Definitely not for star is their name says.
$385 just to get in the door if you don’t have insurance. Plus labs. This is insane.

I checked in over the past week and had a stellar experience here. I ultimately had to be transferred to a larger hospital with more resources, but the staff here at Five Star ER in Dripping Springs were kind, attentive, and provided exceptional medical care. I would highly recommend them.
