Giovanni, You might get away with mislabeling the truth around your subordinates but you will not with me. You have not provided a single solution. The only thing anyone has “provided” has been Kevin who sent me another service quote for $2372. I say this with complete sarcasm as it really takes a corrupt business to attempt to solve YOUR MISTAKE by charging THE CUSTOMER again.
