I have always had a positive experience with the folks at 5 Star. I deal mostly with Kara, in parts, she is a standout and has an exceptional understanding of customer service. She always has the right answer or will find the answer and call back. She also knows when to suggest additional parts to go along with what I'm buying to eliminate the need for return trips to the store.

Be VERY careful when having parts associate Phil get anything for you. I was in a while back and had nothing but problems! He even made me look up my own parts on diagrams because he clearly doesn't know parts. After spending 25 minutes looking for the part I needed by myself, on their system I ended up leaving to come back another day. I ended up calling this time instead of coming back into the store.
