Wish I could give a 5 star rating.....can't do it. About a month ago I picked up two shirts for my husband. On one side of both collars there were very obvious big black marks. Jim, the owner, said they were caused by his machine. I left the shirts there for the spots to be removed. Two weeks later, I went to pick them up.
