These people will rip you off! They do not back up what they promise! We lost our money and the tv is not fixed after they had it almost 2 months! ZERO rating from me! Stay away from here unless you have money to waste!

These guys are crooks. Pure and simple. Do not bring your stuff here if you ever want to see it again. I brought my TV there for some work under warranty. I was guaranteed that it would be covered. They came to my house and took my very nice and very expensive TV and it has been almost a year now and they can't even find it. They swore to me twice they were bringing back my still broken TV and all the accessories with it and I still don't have it. These guys are crooks and I'm about to report them to APD.

Avoid setting your television’s contrast settings at 100-percent. During so will make the TV burn through the contrast faster, which will result in needing to have it serviced or, worse, having to replace it.

The United States officially converted to digital television in the early 2000's. In 2007, all TV sets manufactured in the country had to have digital tuners. By the summer of 2009, over-the-air analog broadcasts ended.

So what exactly are dead pixels when it comes to television repair problems? Here, one or many of the pixels on the screen has malfunctioned and no longer changes color with the rest of the screen. What results is a dead space in the middle of the image.

Satellite TV is making a push against the big cable giants, according to 2011 subscriber statistics. Direct TV is the leading satellite network, with 20 percent of all households in the country, followed by the Dish Network, with 14 percent of the nation's households. Comcast cable was the top TV provider in 2011 with 29 percent of the market.
