Very friendly and consistently process my shirts at a fair price!
They were nice, and got the job done right on time
5-Star ruined a $450 wool suit coat that I never had a chance to wear. Irma offered no reimbursement, and never allowed the chance to speak with upper management; she took my number and said they would get back to me. When I returned after no call, she was argumentative and was not willing to accept that it was their fault. The inside fabric was ripped, all of the seams were tattered. I wanted to support a local business, but their service is awful.
Most unprofessional place ever. My friend brought her Canada goose coat here and it got ruined because they didn’t wash it how it was supposed to be washed. If they don’t know how to properly wash certain items they shouldn’t be saying yes & rather decline the service. It’s a $1200 coat and only offered her $400. So messed up. Never come here for business!!!
