Technician made it seem like they were in a rush to do the estimate on work to be done to leave quickly. They spent 45 minutes asking minimal questions, and after giving the price said another company must have missed something since theirs was much lower, even though the other company spent the full 4 hours going over everything, asking tons of questions, and covered twice as many subjects of concern. Based on this interaction, a second or third opinion may be best before deciding.
