my husband was one of the first group to join the credit union. We have always had good service out of them. They are always super friendly and very helpful. Love my credit union

Terrible follow up. Never returned my calls and never could speak to someone on the phone regarding a loan. I also did a loan application online with no follow up whatsoever (prior to reaching out to the local location). I went in to the office and waited 45 minutes just for them to set up and account and to wait on a follow call that I never received. I ended up using rocket loans online and was approved in a matter of minutes with my loan deposited into my checking account within 2 days.
