Had a break-in with all the copper stolen out of the house, $32k worth of work. Initially went ok for pex replacement of previous plumbing. Part of the work was "Repairing" water main/meter. Tech said he tested the water main with pressure test and it was ready to go. It failed the city test. When I complained that their work failed test, they said the this would be "different work" so the the previous warranty didn't apply and previous payment wouldn't be deducted. Contacted 5 star on Sunday was told a tech would be here between 10 and 2. After several phone calls and a no show. Contacted Rooter Roto Rooter they were here in 30 minutes. Horrible Customer service

Over the weekend, we had a severe leak in one of our bathroom showers that necessitated us to turn off the water to our entire home. The technicians from five star plumbing arrived on time and were completed within a few hours. They were courteous, clean and fairly priced. Thank you for saving Christmas! Hope you enjoyed the banana bread. 😉

Our air conditioner went down. 5 Star dispatched Mike who was very capable and pleasant. He quickly diagnosed our problem, offered a cost effective solution, and efficiently got us back up and running. He also offered us estimates, at our request, for a new system that were much more reasonably priced than the competition. Great experience.

Technician was very friendly and on time. Was very thorough and answered any questions I had
