Experience was amazing! Staff was phenomenal.
I took my Cadillac into 5 Star after getting T-boned recently. The other insurance company paid for everything, which was nice, but the service I received from 5 Star was even better. Promptly repaired and looks like new. Office staff was clear about everything and communicated well. Very pleased.
I was told by my insurance adjuster to take my car in and just drop it off for estimate but when I got to my appointment I was met by the front desk girl who was very rude so I'm taking my business to Northwest collision
Five star crew got me handled once again, great job on the repair of our vehicle!! Much appreciated as always!!
