Paid for professional services, received backyard body work results. Overspray on windows, scratches on windows from attempting to remove overspray, forgot to reattach decals, missed items that were clearly detailed in the estimate, poor communication skills from shop manager (at the time). Multiple trips and about a month longer than anticipated to finally resolve issues. Comped a rental is the only credit I can give. Very frustrating experience...
Obviously I can only speak from personal experience, and I’m glad to see that some people had a good experience here. However, this is the most unprofessional and disorganized repair shop I’ve ever used. I took the vehicle in more than three times after it was returned to me. Specific items that were part of the estimate hadn’t been touched. I emailed the exact list of items after the first pickup to the manager, and even then they couldn’t complete a simple checklist.
