I’m giving this business 5 stars simply because the young lady that helped me this morning was fantastic! Not sure how to spell her name but Katrina is a great employee. I feel she went above and beyond to help me with my issue. Managers she needs an employee bonus or extra PTO.
Kept getting told I'd be called with updates but never got a single call, and the web link didn't either. Total estimated cost and wait time both increased twice.
