My experience was great! Keshia at the front desk was so polite each time I had to contact them. I had to get a dent fixed on my hood, and it only took them a week to complete!!!
Frustrated Promised phone calls and updates never happened Had to call in to find out anything Left messages never answered If I heard “I was just going to call you” at least 3 times Repairs great customer interaction horrible Plus if you are going to charge extra for credit card you should accept checks that is totally unfair.

Five Star is well organized, very professional and does great work. I've had to get a few cars repaired and have come to them with every one and recommended them to others.
