What an amazing experience. Not only was Malik very kind and personable, but he is a very thorough and professional cleaner. I am moving into a home and utilized his deep-clean move-in services, and he did an excellent job scrubbing all the bathrooms, appliances, and windows with very short notice. I would highly recommend Five Star Cleaning Services to anyone, especially for moving in or out of houses. Thank you again Malik!

Unfortunately not a good experience, though I was hopeful and gave it a chance. Communication is prompt but poor over text, service was available ASAP, but it took 5 hours to clean an empty 1000 sq ft apartment. I felt taken advantage of in that respect, because obviously they are being paid hourly. To find some of the appliances not cleaned properly and the shower/tub filthy was upsetting to say the least.
