They did a amazing job will use again for sure
Unfortunately not a good experience, though I was hopeful and gave it a chance. Communication is prompt but poor over text, service was available ASAP, but it took 5 hours to clean an empty 1000 sq ft apartment. I felt taken advantage of in that respect, because obviously they are being paid hourly. To find some of the appliances not cleaned properly and the shower/tub filthy was upsetting to say the least. The first cleaning was good. The second she showed up and said she needed coffee. She went for some. Cleaned 3.5 out of the 4 hours and then wanted the whole 4 hours pay and cleaning supplies which was never told to us. Never again!! Never! Very unprofessional!!!
