A Great Company to Work For!!! – I have worked at Five Star for over 10 years. Everyone here is like family....it's fun, upbeat, and a great workout! We are busy year round and there's never a dull moment. It far surpasses sitting at a desk all day! I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone who asks, because we ALL take great pride in our work here!

Horribly disorganized, aweful place to work. – Five star cleaning services has got to be one of the most disorganized companies i have ever worked for and they are very greedy and wont think twice about ripping you off. If you work for five star be prepared to work a full week and only get a $70 check for the week. But if you very inexperienced in cleaning no worries they will hire you and send you to clean a house by ur self the first day. All I Can Say is...WOW! – When I called I wasn't sure what to expect, but the lady who took my call was so nice and professional. She told me what to expect when the people arrived to clean (I have 5 dogs and 1 cat). The ladies who came to my house were AWESOME! They brought steamers to clean my floors and drapes, cleaned every inch of my bathrooms and were so friendly with the animals. So far they've been back out 3 more times. It is so great to come home every week and the house is CLEAN!

To expensive, horrible quality, no shows, scary owners – These folks really are terrible. They did a horrible job and never answered my calls. When I finally talked to the office (which I think is really just their home), they were rude and the lady seemed drunk. They took my money, but did't clean my house. Half a Star Cleaning Service!!!

Fantastic Work! – This house hadn't been cleaned in years, and was unlivable. The 2 men who came to work on it got rid of mildew on the walls and in the refrigerator, cleaned all the windows beautifully, and mopped all the floors about 3 times. The most dramatic change was in the bathroom which was coated in heavy lime, mildew, soap scum, and dirt. This company far surpasses the name! – As commented in writing by one of our valued customers: "Overall Grade of A, including Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism. Horrible job for a lot of money – I had to schedule them to come out 4 times until they finally showed! When they did I wanted a detail done on my house. All they did was vacume and dust. They left sink and shower with mildew and dust all over the fans and shades. Then they charged me $100. I knew something was fishy when they only took a little over an hour to "detail" my house. I've never felt so ripped off!
