I do not trust them. I brought my truck in for a clunking noise in the front end. They told me I needed a $4500 front differential. When they found out that I had a Mopar extended warranty, they kind of swallowed hard and said “oh” but then they had to put it through because they had committed to it. Then they kept the truck for about three weeks and when I got it back the front end clunk was still there. I have had the best experience because of my service advisor, Cailyn Hardin. She helped me and determine the necessary services and also to plan for those required services in the future. She tracked parts the were needed and made sure they were available. She is wonderful!

I was told to bring my car to the Chrysler place to find out what was wrong with my remote start. After like a week or so(with no returned voicemail) I call and finally get told I need a new key fob(which i ordered myself). After about another week of phone calls and no answer,the person over my car case tells me the key fob programming worked and they just have to check to make sure everything is working properly. Days later I was told my windows won't go up and that they was going to have to diagnose the car to see why. Af... read more
