Great experience here with the service department and, in particular, Michael Merritt and his service manager. I had a number of vehicle issues to be addressed and the 5 star team was fantastic at outlining issues, reducing costs where they could, and very forthright about things that needed to be done, and those that could be deferred. I do not trust them. I brought my truck in for a clunking noise in the front end. They told me I needed a $4500 front differential. When they found out that I had a Mopar extended warranty, they kind of swallowed hard and said “oh” but then they had to put it through because they had committed to it. Then they kept the truck for about three weeks and when I got it back the front end clunk was still there. After I complained they took it back and tightened a few nuts and bolts and the clunk was gone. Maybe I did need a front ... read more
I have had the best experience because of my service advisor, Cailyn Hardin. She helped me and determine the necessary services and also to plan for those required services in the future. She tracked parts the were needed and made sure they were available. She is wonderful!
