Needed to have my vehicle serviced since I was going on an extended trip and they had no problem accommodating me. They scheduled me early so that they could take care of an issue that popped up and assured me it was okay. Their waiting room is nice and all the service employees that I meet were friendly and answered any questions that I had. My Trax was quickly serviced and I was headed home early. I am glad that I made my purchase at 5 Star and will definitely make my future purchase from them.
Arrived early for my appointment, wait time to speak to an advisor was minimal. Repair was done quickly and explained the results of the repair.
Power steering locked up on my truck leaving my driveway, dropped it off that morning had it back by lunchtime. This was an unexpected emergency situation but Doug made it happen for me. Thanks so much for the quick response to this issue.
